Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment. Quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit of 25–50% (depending on total trip value) is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 5 business days prior to the trip date unless alternate arrangements have been made in writing.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposits or processing fees).
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total amount.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Vehicle Substitution
Prime Route Express reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity in the event of mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delays & Scheduling
While we make every effort to maintain punctuality, Prime Route Express shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Passenger Conduct & Safety
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times where available.
- Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol is not permitted in vehicles.
- Damage to vehicles due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.
Liability
Prime Route Express is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all items are removed from the vehicle at the end of the trip.
